We are a family run business currently providing accommodation across 20 properties on 4 Rai plot of land in the rice growing region of Ayuthaya.

We provide provisions for long and short term stays in our originally styled detached properties together with an ‘up-country’ experience in a private and relaxed setting.

We are located in the rural area of Ayutthaya. You can find our location on google maps and we have attached it in our “Visit” page.

We provide air conditioner, TV, fridge, water heater, shampoo and body soap in every house.

We also provide self service coffee at the dome for free and WiFi in some parts of the resort.

Thai Houses are located in the front part of the resort. Inside has a double bed with a TV, fridge, wardrobe, and sofa. This costs 600 Baht per night per 2 people.

Timber houses are located in the back part of the resort. If you are looking for a more quiet place, we would recommend this. We have a room with a double bed, a room with 2 3ft beds, and a room with a 3ft bed and a 5ft bed. Each house cost differently.

Standard and Family Houses are cement houses in the middle part of the resort with a balcony seating area. Each house can accommodate different amounts of people.

Children under the height of 120 cm can stay without charge.

Yes! We can provide you an additional mattress for 150 Baht per set per person.
